Notes to an Unlived History

This exhibition film accompanies the retrospective of Turkish painter Habip Aydoğdu at CerModern, Ankara. Spanning twenty-five years of his artistic practice, the film reflects on how words and colors intertwine in his paintings as traces of memory and notes for the future. Through his layered canvases, Aydoğdu transforms painting into a living document of the past and the yet-unlived history. (CerModern, Ankara — 23 September–14 December 2025.)
